Arts Council Manchester
Whilst in Manchester last week for the Stirling Prize awards it was extremely heart-warming to return to Arts Council England’s offices and meet the staff. Occupied in January 2010, the team there have kept their building in immaculate condition.
The project won the 2011 BREEAM Special Award for Government Sector Achievement Supported by the Cabinet Office, for the highest scoring BREEAM government building.
